Spanish Civil War veterans Jack Jones (England) and Bob Doyle (Ireland) at the unveiling of a plaque in honour of their comrade George Brown (1906-1937) at his birthplace, Inistioge, Co. Kilkenny. George Brown was killed at the Battle of Brunete, Spain in 1937.
